1. Introduction

Welcome to Slava Tech.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Slava Tech educational platform, website, instructional materials, downloadable resources, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a course, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Slava Tech ("Slava Tech," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply.

Account

The customer account created to access purchased educational content and related services.

Course

A digital educational product offered by Slava Tech, including instructional videos, downloadable learning materials, assessments, and supporting resources.

Course Materials

Any downloadable or viewable educational content provided by Slava Tech, including but not limited to:

• PDF documents

• Microsoft Word documents

• Microsoft PowerPoint presentations

• Python source code

• ZIP archives

• Templates

• Worksheets

• Images

• Videos

• Audio

• Any other instructional resources provided as part of a Course.

Customer

Any individual who accesses or purchases Services provided by Slava Tech.

Entitlement

A time-limited authorization granted by Slava Tech that permits a Customer to access specific purchased Course content for a defined period.

An Entitlement is a license to access educational content. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Platform

The Slava Tech website, Student Portal, and all associated online services used to deliver educational content.

Services

All educational products, instructional materials, digital resources, website functionality, customer support services, and related offerings provided by Slava Tech.

3. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have:

• Read these Terms of Service.

• Understood these Terms of Service.

• Agreed to comply with these Terms of Service.

• Agreed to our Privacy Policy.

• Agreed to our Refund Policy where applicable.

If you are using the Services on behalf of another legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

4. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or

• Have permission from a parent or legal guardian if permitted under applicable law.

You represent that:

• All information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You will maintain accurate account information.

• You are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

• Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Slava Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if false, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees continued availability of any particular Course or Service. Educational offerings may be updated, revised, retired, or replaced as part of normal curriculum development.

5. Account Registration and Security

To access purchased Courses and other protected Services, Customers may be required to create a Slava Tech account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

• Maintain the accuracy of your account information.

• Keep your login credentials confidential.

• Notify Slava Tech promptly of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to Slava Tech.

Accounts are intended for individual use unless expressly authorized otherwise in writing by Slava Tech.

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with another person.

• Allow another individual to access purchased Courses using your account.

• Attempt to bypass authentication or entitlement controls.

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent platform restrictions.

Slava Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, abuse of the Services, or violations of these Terms.

6. Educational Services

Slava Tech provides digital educational products designed to help individuals and organizations develop practical knowledge and skills related to artificial intelligence and associated technologies.

Educational Services may include:

• Instructional videos

• Downloadable course materials

• Practical exercises

• Templates

• Source code examples

• Reference documentation

• Updates to educational content

• Customer support related to purchased Courses

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Courses are self-paced and intended for educational purposes only.

Slava Tech does not guarantee:

• Employment

• Professional certification

• Examination success

• Business outcomes

• Financial gain

• Specific technical proficiency

Educational success depends upon each Customer's individual effort, experience, background, and application of the material.

7. Purchases and Course Access

When you purchase a Course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased educational content during the applicable entitlement period.

A Course purchase does not transfer ownership of:

• Instructional videos

• Downloadable materials

• Source code

• Documentation

• Templates

• Curriculum

• Intellectual property

• Any other educational resources provided by Slava Tech.

Course access is governed by the Entitlement assigned to your account.

Access duration, Course availability, and version assignment are determined by the specific purchase associated with your account.

If a Course is updated after purchase, Slava Tech may provide continued access to the version originally assigned to the Customer or provide access to a newer version at its sole discretion.

Nothing in these Terms obligates Slava Tech to provide lifetime access to any Course unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

8. Course Entitlements

Slava Tech protects educational content through an entitlement-based access model.

Each Course Entitlement defines the Customer's authorized access to specific educational resources.

An Entitlement may include access to:

• Instructional videos

• Downloadable Course materials

• Supporting educational resources

• Course-specific updates made available during the entitlement period

Entitlements are:

• Personal to the purchasing Customer.

• Non-transferable.

• Non-assignable.

• Time-limited unless otherwise stated.

Entitlements may expire, be suspended, or be revoked under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Expiration of the entitlement period.

• Approved customer refunds.

• Fraudulent transactions.

• Violation of these Terms.

• Unauthorized redistribution of educational content.

• Abuse of the Services.

Administrative adjustments to Entitlements, including extensions, restorations, or corrections, may be made by Slava Tech when appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property and License

All content made available through the Services is the intellectual property of Slava Tech or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Educational curricula

• Written materials

• Instructional videos

• Source code

• Presentations

• Graphics

• Logos

• Images

• Downloads

• Templates

• Website content

• Software developed by Slava Tech

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, Customers may not:

• Copy or reproduce Course materials.

• Redistribute educational content.

• Sell or sublicense Course materials.

• Publish Course content publicly.

• Upload Course materials to file-sharing services.

• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent content protection mechanisms.

Limited copying or printing of Course materials for the Customer's personal educational use is permitted unless specifically prohibited within the Course.

Nothing contained in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to the Customer.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Slava Tech.

10. Acceptable Use

Customers agree to use the Services responsibly and only for their intended educational purposes.

You agree that you will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, customer accounts, or administrative systems.

• Circumvent authentication, entitlement, licensing, or content protection mechanisms.

• Share your account credentials with others.

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share Course materials without prior written permission from Slava Tech.

• Upload malicious software, viruses, or other harmful code.

• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Services.

• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest platform content except where expressly authorized.

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

• Use the Services in a manner that infringes upon the intellectual property or legal rights of others.

Customers are expected to use the Services respectfully and in good faith.

Any activity reasonably believed to threaten the security, integrity, or availability of the Services may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

11. Customer Communications

By creating an account or purchasing a Course, you consent to receive communications reasonably necessary for the operation of the Services.

These communications may include:

• Account verification

• Password reset requests

• Purchase confirmations

• Course onboarding information

• Service announcements

• Security notifications

• Administrative communications

• Customer support responses

Slava Tech may also send informational updates regarding new Courses, educational resources, or company announcements where permitted by applicable law.

Customers may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time. Operational and security-related communications may continue where necessary for the administration of the Services.

12. Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in the currency identified during the purchase process.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing a purchase.

By submitting payment, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

• The payment information provided is accurate.

• You authorize the payment processor to charge the applicable purchase amount, including any taxes or fees required by law.

Payments are processed by an independent third-party payment provider.

Slava Tech does not store complete payment card information.

Prices, promotions, and Course offerings may be modified at any time before purchase. Changes do not affect completed purchases unless required by applicable law.

Applicable taxes, including value-added tax (VAT) or similar taxes, may be calculated and collected as required by the payment provider and applicable regulations.

13. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the Slava Tech Refund Policy.

The Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the Refund Policy before purchasing any Course.

Nothing in these Terms modifies or expands the refund rights described in the Refund Policy.

Where these Terms and the Refund Policy appear to conflict regarding refunds, the Refund Policy shall govern.

14. Suspension and Termination

Slava Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its customers, or its intellectual property.

Access may be suspended or terminated for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.

• Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity.

• Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of Course materials.

• Circumvention of platform security or entitlement controls.

• Abuse of customer support or platform services.

• Illegal activity involving the Services.

• Conduct that materially interferes with the operation or security of the platform.

Where appropriate, Slava Tech may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve issues before terminating access. However, immediate suspension or termination may occur where necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Services.

Termination of an account does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund.

Sections relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and any provisions intended by their nature to survive termination shall remain in effect following termination of these Terms.

15. Service Availability and Changes

Slava Tech strives to provide reliable and continuous access to the Services. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance

• Security updates

• Software upgrades

• Infrastructure maintenance

• Third-party service interruptions

• Events beyond the reasonable control of Slava Tech

Slava Tech reserves the right to:

• Modify or improve the Services.

• Add or remove features.

• Update educational content.

• Correct errors or inaccuracies.

• Retire Courses or educational resources.

• Modify platform functionality to improve security, reliability, or customer experience.

Where practical, significant changes affecting Customers will be communicated in advance.

16. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Slava Tech makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Continuous availability

• Error-free operation

• Compatibility with every device or software environment

Educational materials are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.

While Slava Tech makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information, no guarantee is made regarding the completeness, accuracy, or ongoing applicability of any educational content.

Customers remain solely responsible for how they apply information learned through the Services.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Slava Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the Services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits

• Loss of business opportunities

• Loss of data

• Loss of productivity

• Business interruption

• Reputational harm

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Slava Tech's total cumulative liability arising from a specific purchase or claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Course giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Slava Tech, its owner, employees, contractors, and authorized representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your misuse of the Services.

• Your infringement of the intellectual property or legal rights of another person or organization.

• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

This obligation survives the termination of your use of the Services.

19. Privacy

Your privacy is important to Slava Tech.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are governed by the Slava Tech Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be collected and processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Serbia unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

21. Changes to These Terms

Slava Tech may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• Changes in applicable laws or regulations.

• Improvements to the Services.

• Business or operational changes.

• Security requirements.

• Customer feedback.

When material changes are made, the Version number and Effective Date will be updated.

Where required by applicable law or where changes materially affect Customer rights or obligations, Customers will be notified through appropriate means before the revised Terms become effective.

Continued use of the Services after the Effective Date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Slava Tech regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior understandings or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
