Slava Tech Refund Policy

Version 1.0

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

Part 1 – Introduction

1. Purpose

At Slava Tech, we want every customer to purchase our educational products with confidence.

We understand that, on occasion, a course may not meet your expectations or circumstances may change after your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be requested, how refund requests are evaluated, and what you can expect throughout the review process.

Our goal is simple:

 • Treat every customer fairly.

 • Make refund decisions using objective evidence rather than assumptions.

 • Protect the integrity of our educational platform for all students.

We encourage customers to contact us if they believe a refund is appropriate. Every request will be reviewed in accordance with this policy.

2. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all digital educational products and services sold directly through the Slava Tech website, including but not limited to:

 • Individual courses

 • Course bundles

 • Downloadable educational materials

 • Digital learning resources included with a purchased course

This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Slava Tech.

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces or resellers, if offered in the future, may be subject to the refund policies of those platforms.

3. Refund Philosophy

We believe a refund policy should protect both our customers and our business.

Our objective is not to avoid refunds. Instead, we strive to ensure that every refund decision is:

 • Fair

 • Transparent

 • Consistent

 • Based upon objective platform records

Whenever possible, we prefer to resolve issues by restoring access, correcting technical problems, or extending course availability so that customers receive the educational experience they purchased.

When a refund is appropriate, we will process it as fairly and promptly as possible.

4. Contact Information

Refund requests and refund-related questions may be submitted to:

Email: contactus@slava-tech.com

Please include sufficient information to identify your purchase, including your name, the email address associated with your account, and the course or courses involved.

5. Definitions

For purposes of this Refund Policy:

Course means an individual educational product offered by Slava Tech.

Bundle means a purchase containing two or more individual courses sold together in a single transaction.

Downloadable Materials means any files made available for download as part of a course, including documents, worksheets, templates, presentations, software, or other educational resources.

Video Progress means the percentage of course video content viewed as recorded by the Slava Tech platform.

Refund Request means a customer's request for a full or partial return of amounts paid for an eligible purchase.

Processing Fees means transaction fees retained by a payment provider that are not returned to Slava Tech when a refund is issued.

6. Relationship to Other Policies

This Refund Policy should be read together with the following documents:

 • Slava Tech Terms of Service

 • Slava Tech Privacy Policy

If there is a conflict between this Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws, the applicable law will govern to the extent required.

7. Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Each refund request is evaluated individually using the objective criteria described in this policy.

Meeting the 14-day request period does not automatically guarantee a refund. Likewise, requesting a refund because you have changed your mind does not automatically disqualify you.

Every request is reviewed based on the overall circumstances of the purchase and the customer's use of the educational content.

8. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions should generally be met:

 • The refund request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase.

 • The course has not been substantially consumed.

 • The course remains eligible under the criteria described in this policy.

 • No evidence indicates misuse of the refund process.

Slava Tech reserves the right to request additional information when necessary to verify a refund request.

9. Downloadable Materials

Many courses include downloadable educational resources intended for permanent use.

Once downloadable course materials have been accessed or downloaded, the associated course will generally no longer be eligible for a refund.

This policy exists because downloadable materials remain available to the customer after download and cannot be returned in the same manner as physical products.

This restriction applies only to the specific course whose downloadable materials were accessed.

10. Video Viewing Progress

Video viewing progress is one factor used when evaluating refund eligibility.

As a general guideline:

 • Courses with 50% or less of recorded video content viewed may remain eligible for refund consideration.

 • Courses with more than 50% of recorded video content viewed will generally not be eligible for a refund because a substantial portion of the educational content has already been consumed.

Video viewing progress is measured using platform activity records maintained by Slava Tech.

11. Course Bundles

Each course within a bundle is evaluated independently.

Eligibility for one course does not automatically affect the eligibility of another course purchased in the same transaction.

As a result:

 • One course within a bundle may qualify for a refund while another does not.

 • Customers may receive a full refund, partial refund, or no refund depending on the eligibility of each individual course.

This approach ensures that refund decisions fairly reflect how each course was used.

12. Duplicate Purchases

If a customer accidentally purchases the same course more than once, Slava Tech will generally issue a refund for the duplicate purchase after verification.

Duplicate purchase requests should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the customer becomes aware of the error.

13. Promotional Pricing

Refunds are calculated using the amount actually paid for the eligible purchase.

If a course was purchased during a promotional pricing period or other authorized price reduction, any approved refund will be based on the reduced purchase price rather than the regular listed price.

14. Goodwill Exceptions

We recognize that exceptional circumstances sometimes occur.

Although Slava Tech strives to apply this Refund Policy consistently, we may approve refunds outside the standard eligibility requirements when exceptional circumstances make doing so fair and appropriate.

Examples may include:

 • Serious medical emergencies

 • Family emergencies

 • Extended technical issues beyond the customer's control

 • Other exceptional situations supported by appropriate information

Goodwill refunds are evaluated individually and should not be interpreted as establishing a precedent for future refund requests.

15. Objective Review

Refund decisions are based on objective platform records whenever possible.

Depending on the circumstances, Slava Tech may consider information such as:

 • Purchase records

 • Course enrollment history

 • Download activity

 • Video viewing progress

 • Account activity

 • Technical service records

 • Customer communications related to the request

Using objective evidence helps ensure that refund decisions remain fair, consistent, and transparent for every customer.

16. How to Request a Refund

Customers who believe they are eligible for a refund should submit their request by email to:

contactus@slava-tech.com

To help us process your request efficiently, please include:

 • Your full name

 • The email address associated with your Slava Tech account

 • The course or courses involved

 • The approximate purchase date

 • A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request

Providing complete information helps us review requests more quickly.

17. Refund Review Process

Every refund request is reviewed individually.

During the review process, Slava Tech may verify information including:

 • Purchase records

 • Course enrollment

 • Download activity

 • Video viewing progress

 • Technical service records

 • Previous communications relating to the request

Where additional information is required, we may contact you before making a final decision.

18. Refund Decisions

After completing our review, we will notify you of one of the following decisions:

Approved Refund

Your refund request satisfies the requirements of this Refund Policy.

An approved refund will be processed using your original payment method whenever possible.

Partial Refund

Some portions of your purchase qualify for a refund while others do not.

This most commonly occurs when:

 • A bundle contains both eligible and ineligible courses.

 • Certain courses have been substantially consumed while others have not.

The refund amount will reflect only the eligible portion of the purchase.

Refund Declined

If your purchase does not satisfy the eligibility requirements described in this policy, your refund request may be declined.

When practical, we will explain the reason for our decision so you understand how it was reached.

19. Payment Processing

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment provider whenever possible.

Although Slava Tech processes approved refunds promptly, the time required for funds to appear in your account depends upon your payment provider and financial institution.

Processing times may vary.

20. Payment Provider Fees

Slava Tech does not charge administrative, restocking, or refund handling fees.

However, some payment providers retain non-recoverable transaction or processing fees when a refund is issued.

If those fees are not returned to Slava Tech by the payment provider, the refunded amount may be reduced by the unrecoverable portion of those fees.

Where this occurs, we will explain the calculation as part of our refund decision.

21. Currency and Exchange Rates

Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency through the original payment method whenever possible.

If currency conversion is required by your payment provider or financial institution, the amount ultimately credited to your account may differ from the original purchase amount due to exchange rate fluctuations or financial institution policies.

These adjustments are outside the control of Slava Tech.

22. Technical Service Interruptions

If a technical issue within Slava Tech prevents you from accessing purchased educational content, our first priority is to restore the service you purchased.

Depending on the nature and duration of the interruption, Slava Tech may provide one or more of the following remedies:

 • Extension of your course access period.

 • Restoration of access to affected content.

 • Replacement access where appropriate.

 • Partial refund.

 • Full refund when the purchased educational service cannot reasonably be delivered.

Whenever practical, course access periods may be extended so that customers receive the full amount of access originally included with their purchase.

23. Chargebacks

If you experience a problem with your purchase, we encourage you to contact Slava Tech before initiating a chargeback through your payment provider.

Many issues can be resolved more quickly through our customer support process.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law regarding payment disputes or chargebacks.

24. Refund Decision Transparency

We believe customers deserve to understand how refund decisions are made.

Whenever practical, refund decisions will include an explanation of the factors considered during our review.

Depending on the circumstances, this explanation may include information such as:

 • Whether the request was submitted within the refund period.

 • Whether downloadable materials were accessed.

 • Video viewing progress.

 • Which courses qualified for a refund.

 • Any unrecoverable payment provider fees affecting the final refund amount.

Our objective is to ensure that every refund decision is clear, transparent, and supported by objective evidence.

25. Illustrative Examples

The following examples are provided to help explain how this Refund Policy is applied in practice. These examples are for illustration only and do not guarantee a particular outcome in every situation.

Example 1 – Eligible Refund

A customer purchases a course and submits a refund request five (5) days later.

During the review, Slava Tech confirms that:

 • No downloadable materials were accessed.

 • Video viewing progress is 18%.

 • No evidence of misuse is found.

Result:

The course remains eligible under this Refund Policy, and the refund request is approved.

Example 2 – Not Eligible

A customer purchases a course and requests a refund ten (10) days later.

During the review, Slava Tech confirms that:

 • Downloadable course materials were accessed.

 • Video viewing progress is 78%.

Result:

Because the course has been substantially consumed, the refund request is declined.

Example 3 – Bundle Purchase

A customer purchases a bundle containing three individual courses for a total of €120.

During the review, Slava Tech determines:

 • Course A: Downloadable materials were accessed and is not eligible for a refund.

 • Course B: No downloadable materials were accessed and only 15% of the video content was viewed. The course is eligible for a refund.

 • Course C: No downloadable materials were accessed and only 12% of the video content was viewed. The course is eligible for a refund.

The eligible refund amount for Courses B and C is €80.

The payment provider retains €3 in unrecoverable processing fees.

Result:

The customer receives a refund of €77.

The refund explanation identifies:

 • Which courses qualified.

 • Which course did not qualify.

 • The amount refunded.

 • The unrecoverable payment provider fee that reduced the final refund amount.

Example 4 – Service Interruption

A customer temporarily loses access to a purchased course because of an unexpected technical issue affecting the Slava Tech platform.

After investigating the issue, Slava Tech restores access and extends the customer's entitlement period so they receive the full amount of course access originally included with their purchase.

Result:

Because the purchased educational service was successfully restored, a refund is not required.

26. What This Means in Practice

Our goal is not to avoid refunds.

Our goal is to ensure that every refund decision is fair, transparent, and supported by objective evidence.

If you purchase a course and later believe a refund is appropriate, we encourage you to contact us.

If your request qualifies under this Refund Policy, we will process your refund as fairly and promptly as possible.

If your request cannot be approved, we will explain why.

Whenever practical, we will also explain how the refund amount was calculated, including any unrecoverable payment provider fees that affected the final amount.

We believe that clear communication and fair treatment build lasting trust, and we are committed to treating every customer with professionalism, respect, and transparency.

Slava Tech may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our educational services, payment methods, business practices, or applicable laws.
